General Requirements :

Qualification;

1. Assistant Director / Legal – (01)

Qualifications & Experience

Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court with five (05) years of experience  and a Notary Public who has license to practice both in Sinhala & English.

and

A minimum of one (01) year experience of the relevant field in Government, State Corporation, Statutory Board or a recognized Private Institute.

2. Assistant Director / Tourism Development - (03)

Qualifications & Experience

A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Engineering / Planning / Tourism Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Enterprises Management / Architecture / Environment / Economics.

or

A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field.

and

A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field.

3. Assistant Director / Executive Chef - (02)

Qualifications & Experience

A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Tourism Management / Tourism and Guest Hospitality Management / Tourism Planning / Hotel and Food Beverage preparing / Tourism Development.

or

A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field.

and

A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field.

or

A Diploma of not less than three (03) years in the field of Hotel & Catering Operations/ Tourism & Hospitality Management obtained from Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management with minimum of five (05) years post qualifying managerial level experience in the relevant field.

4. Assistant Director / Software Engineering - (01)

Qualifications & Experience

A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Designing / Software Engineering.

or

A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field.

and

A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field.

5. Personal Assistant (PA) to Director General / Junior Manager (Contract basis) – (01)

Qualifications & Experience

A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Mass Communication / Languages / Management / Administration with a minimum of one (01) year experience in the capacity of Personal Assistant in the relevant field.

or

Followed a Chartered Secretariat Course from a recognized Institute with minimum of three (03) years post qualifying experience in the relevant field.

6. Cook - (01)

Qualifications & Experience

A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 02 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field.

7. Waiter Room Boy - (02)

Qualifications & Experience

Sitting for the G. C. E. (O/L) Examination

A certificate in House Keeping or relevant experience in House Keeping at a recognized establishment is an added qualification
