Qualification;

Educational Qualifications

Should have passed G.C.E. (O/L) in 06 subjects including two credits in not more than two sittings.

Professional Qualifications

Should have obtained National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) certificate not less than level 2 or 3 in respect of mechanical works from an Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.

Experience

Should have gained 02 years of experience in mechanical works from a recognized institute. Certificates should be produced in proof of experience.

Physical Fitness

The selected officer may be required to serve in any part of the Island and should be physically and mentally fit to serve in and part of the Island.

Other Qualifications

Should have completed 05 years of service in a post in the non technical service category of primary grade in the Department of Animal Production & Health. Also should have been confirmed in the post and fulfilled required qualifications.

i. Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka with an excellent character.

ii. Should have fulfilled required qualifications in all respects as at 21.09.2018
