Qualification;

1. Senior Project Engineer -

Required qualifications

A successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, which is recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) or a qualification recognized by the UGC as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field or a professional qualification successfully completed from recognized professional institute in the relevant field with at least 10 years post qualifying experience at Managerial Level out of which 05 years should be in the Senior Managerial Level,

A Bachelor’s Degree which is recognized by the UGC and a Postgraduate Degree / full membership of a recognized professional institution in the relevant field with at least 08 years post qualifying experience at Managerial level,

Class I Officer of a Government All Island services or a similar status in the relevant field with at least 07 year experience at the Class I post.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Required qualifications for posts 2, 3 and 4

Class II/III officer of a Government all island services in the relevant field with at least 07 years’ experience in Class II/III post.

5. Field Coordinator

A successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, which is recognized by the UGC or a qualification recognized by the UGC as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field or a professional qualification successfully completed from recognized professional institute in the relevant field or having obtain a certificate of proficiency not below than the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 7, issued by a Technical / Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field and at least 02 years experience in the required area of specialization,

Having obtain a certificate of proficiency not below than the NVQ level 6 issued by a Technical / Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to technical field and at least 07 years experience in the required area of specification,

Having obtain a certificate of proficiency not below than the NVQ level 5 issued by a Technical / Vocational Training Institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field and at least 12 years experience in the required area of specialization.

6. Technical Officer

Same qualifications as indicated in the post 5.

Technical Officer / Technical Assistant / Engineer Assistant or similar position of the public sector having experience at least 12 years.

7. Financial Assistant (FA)

8. Management Assistant (MA)

Required qualifications for posts 7 and 8

Having passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination in six (6) subjects with four (4) credit passes including Mathematics and Sinhala / Tamil language in one sitting and have passed 03 (three) / 04 (four) subjects in one sitting in G.C.E (A/L) examination with at least 03 year experience in similar capacity.

Preference will be given to candidates who could communicate in the English with Second Languages.
